All items are shipped insured and tracked. A signature is required upon delivery at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at the specified delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by ENDER LEGARD Ltd.

All ENDER LEGARD seamless bodysuits are 'Made To Order' in our London studio and take between 7 and 21 working days to complete. If you need your bodysuit sooner, speak to us. We may be able to help with a RUSH ORDER. NOTE: We don't charge extra for RUSH ORDERS. However, please be considerate and remember that by requesting a RUSH ORDER you're asking us to prioritise your order over that of other brides. If you subsequently decide to return the item for a refund, a GBP20* (UK £ Sterling) fee will be deducted from your refund in order to compensate us for your original RUSH ORDER request. * The above only applies to our Made To Order seamless bodysuit styles.

DUTIES & TAXES (VAT) (* update 03 July 2026)

USA: All ENDER LEGARD garments are Made In the United Kingdom and are delivered to the USA with all US Duties and Tariffs pre-paid (DDP) This means that there are no additional Duties or Taxes to be paid on receipt of your ENDER LEGARD package.

Australia: No import duty on orders of less than AUD$1,000

European Union: All orders to the EU are shipped with Shopify's Global-e program. This ensures that duties and taxes are pre-paid (DDP) and no additional import duty is due on delivery. Ender Legard bodysuits are labeled 'Brassieres' with HTC code 6212 9000 00 and are produced in Great Britain. EU Customers that have purchased without the DDP option, will be charged their respective countries VAT rate on imported goods.(see below). All necessary export documentation is included with your order to facilitate customs clearances. Ender Legard Ltd does not take any responsibility for any charges that Customs or Carriers may add upon delivery.

VAT (EU only)
ENDER LEGARD does not add VAT to orders. If applicable, EU Customers will instead pay their country VAT rate when they receive their goods. This rate varies from country to country. e.g. Germany 19%, France 20%, Ireland 21% etc.

Note: Customers should always check with their relevant Customs Agencies for guidance on Import Duties/ Import VAT due. Any Disbursement fees applied by a courier to clear goods through your local Customs/ VAT office remain the responsibility of the recipient of the goods.
