Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped insured and tracked. A signature is required upon delivery at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at the specified delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by ENDER LEGARD Ltd.

DUTIES & TAXES (VAT) (* update 29 August 2025)
USA: All ENDER LEGARD garments are Made In the United Kingdom and are delivered to the USA with all US Duties and Tariffs pre-paid (DDP) This means that there are no additional Duties or Taxes to be paid on receipt of your ENDER LEGARD package.
Australia: No import duty on orders of less than AUD$1,000
European Union: No import duty on goods labeled 'Brassieres' with HTC code 6212 9000 00 that have been produced in Great Britain or originally in the EU. Customers in the EU are therefore not required to pay import duties on their purchase. All necessary export documentation is included with your order to facilitate customs clearances.
VAT (EU only)
ENDER LEGARD does not charge EU customers VAT. Customers in the EU will instead pay their country VAT rate at when they receive their goods. This rate varies from country to country. e.g. Germany 19%, France 20%, Ireland 21% etc.
Note: Customers should always check with their relevant Customs Agencies for guidance on Import Duties/ Import VAT due. Any Disbursement fees applied by a courier to clear goods through your local Customs/ VAT office remain the responsibility of the recipient of the goods.
