** ENDER LEGARD garments are produced in Great Britain (GB)/ The United Kingdom (UK) so there are no import duties or customs charges for customers in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) As of 8 April, UK VAT is longer included in our prices.
USA: No import duty or 'Tariffs' on items Made in the United Kingdom/ Great Britain valued at up to US $800 (known as the 'de minimis' exemption)
AUSTRALIA: No Import Duties due on orders of less than or up to AUD 1,000.
REST OF THE WORLD: (Non-EU) For countries outside of the USA, AUSTRALIA and EUROPEAN UNION, please check with your national Customs and Border Protection rules on importing goods. If you have been charged import duties and then want to return your item to us for a refund, you'll be able to reclaim these charges from your Customs and Border Protection agency.
EUROPEAN UNION (EU)- DUTIES & BREXIT
As of 1/1/2021 the new UK and EU BREXIT trade agreement establishes zero tariffs or quotas on trade between the UK and EU where goods meet the relevant rules of origin. As ENDER LEGARD lingerie garments (HS code 6212 9000 00) are exclusively produced in GB and the EU, the relevant EU regulation to claim Preferential (PREF) Duty of 0.0% is D2253/20.
Customers in the EU should therefore not be required to pay additional import duties on their purchase. ENDER LEGARD will always include all necessary commercial export documentation to facilitate customs clearances. If Import Duties have been applied, customers should reclaim this from their Import Duties invoice.
VAT
ENDER LEGARD does not charge EU customers UK VAT at the time of sale. However, where your purchase exceeds the EU goods import threshold value of €139, your national customs department will levy standard VAT on your import. For Germany, this will be 19%, France 20%, Ireland 21% etc.
In real terms it means that your purchase from ENDER LEGARD should cost more or less the same as prior to BREXIT because we no longer charge 20% UK VAT at the time of sale.
* Any Disbursement fees applied by a courier to clear goods through your local Customs/ VAT office remain the responsibility of the recipient or the goods.
Customers in all other countries not mentioned here should check with their relevant Customs Agencies for guidance on Import Duties/ Import VAT due.
