In all instances, quoted delivery times start from the moment your order is accepted (i.e. on receipt of your cleared payment) and by default includes an additional 24 hours processing period during which time your items will be prepared for shipment.
UK DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
ENDER LEGARD Ltd will by default dispatch all domestic (UK) orders at a cost of GBP5 using a standard 3-5 business day service within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Express UK delivery is available for an additional charge and should be specified at checkout. All orders are trackable and require a signature upon delivery. *Garments purchased on pre-order, will ship once they are in stock.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
For the USA, Canada and countries in the European Union we offer a FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGE of GBP£19 (approx. US$25, €22) on a 4-5 business day economy service, or GBP£25 ($32/ €29) for a 1-3 business day express delivery service with either FEDEX, UPS or DHL. For Australia and New Zealand we offer a 7-10 business day economy service for GBP£20 (AUS $40) or a 3-5 business day express service for GBP£30 (AUS $60). For Africa, Oceana, South America, the Middle East and Asia, shipping rates start at £30 ($42) for a 4-7 business day economy service, or £50 ($72) for a 3-4 business day express delivery service with either FEDEX, UPS or DPD. Note that all international delivery times are estimates. ENDER LEGARD Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at your destination. *Garments purchased on pre-order, will ship once they are in stock.
DUTIES, TAXES and CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES
Only orders from within the UK or European Union are subject to 20% VAT. If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union, you will not be charged UK VAT. Note that you will however be liable for any/all import duties, fees and taxes that may be levied on your order by your country customs department. For US customers with an order value of up to $800, no import duties are due. For Australian customers, the import threshold is AUD 1,000. Above these amounts, import duties will apply. Charges will usually be due at the point of delivery so to avoid any unnecessary surprises, please contact your country customs office for more information about import thresholds or exemptions on tax or duty due on your purchase. Important: If you do not wish to pay the charges levied by your Customs and Border Protection Agency and refuse delivery of your order after it has been shipped by ENDER LEGARD Ltd, all/ any return charges will be passed on to you. That means your original shipping charges will not be refunded and the cost of returning the item to us will be deducted from your refund. Customs charges are unfortunately not under our control and ENDER LEGARD Ltd cannot be held liable for them or offer customers refunds or credit as compensation. (Note, if after taking receipt of your order you choose to return a garment to us, you will be able to reclaim the import or customs duties originally paid. Please check with your Customs and Border Protection agency for guidance)
For your peace of mind, each purchase from ENDER LEGARD Ltd is insured and trackable during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. A signature will be required upon delivery at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Note: If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (e.g. as a gift or if you are out) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at the specified delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by ENDER LEGARD Ltd and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Which style is best for my body shape?
We all have different body shapes and expectations. Ender Legard garments are designed to give you the best bust support possible when wearing speciality cut dresses (backless, frontless, strapless) so start with your bust size. For larger bust sizes that need full support without adding any additional volume, we designed our HOLLY bodice. For smaller bust sizes up to D-cup requiring volume and lift, choose our UMA bodice which has lightly padded cups and extra removable padding for a more classic ‘push-up’ effect. And if you need extra shaping support - including butt lift and waist clincher - choose our MIA bodice in stronger shaping mesh for a push up look with extra contour shaping. How do ENDER LEGARD garments fit?
All our garments are made to give you the best bust support and comfort when wearing dresses featuring speciality cuts (backless, frontless and strapless) We use only the best, European made stretch lace and power mesh to give you additional shaping support for your butt, waist or tummy so in all cases our garments should be a firm fit. This is especially true if you’re choosing one of our specialist lingerie corsets.
What size should I order?
To choose the garment size which best fits your figure, start by knowing your correct bust size. What are your Limited Editions?
We sometimes source speciality fabrics and rare materials for short runs or one-off signature pieces which we only make available online. The best way to make sure you are in the know when we launch a limited edition, is to sign up for our newsletter.
How do I care for my ENDER LEGARD garments?
To prolong the life of your ENDER LEGARD garment, we suggest a cold water hand wash for your Power Mesh or Lace bodice using a mild detergent. Do Not Bleach. Lay Flat to Dry. Do not iron. For your silk corset or bodysuit, Delicate Dry Clean only.
Are ENDER LEGARD garments ethically produced?
Absolutely. Our production is based in Northern Europe with factories we have personally visited and approved. Our factories have a long tradition of skilled lingerie production and adhere to SEDEX guidelines for employing responsible and ethical business practices. (www.sedexglobal.com)

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we have customers from all over the world! Check the list of countries we ship to at checkout. If your country is not listed, just email email@example.com and we’ll get your country added.
Is it safe to purchase online from your online store?
Yes! We use Shopify Payments powered by STRIPE for Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Maestro card payments, and PAYPAL as our online payment processing methods. Both payment providers use the highest levels of encryption technology to ensure safe transmission of your payment and personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party so you can be assured your details remain private. However, if you are still concerned with placing your order online, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you alternative options to complete payment of your order.
Do I need to create an account to make an online purchase?
It’s totally up to you. You can choose to create an account or simply check out as a guest.
My order won’t go through. What’s wrong?
If you get error message or a ’declined’ notice at checkout, don’t panic! There’s usually a simple explanation. Check that your billing address matches the address on your bank statements or that the card information you provided is free from any typos, and try again. If the problem persists, email or call us and we’ll work with you to get your order shipped!
I ordered the wrong item/ size online. Can I change my order?
Sure! We usually ship in-stock items within 24 hours of receiving payment so as long as we receive your request before we ship, you can amend, alter or even cancel your order as you like. If you’ve already received your garment and discover after trying it on that you have the wrong size, don’t panic. We’ll help you choose the right garment. Just email email@example.com and we’ll talk you through the exchange process.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How will my order be shipped and how much will it cost?
All domestic (UK) orders ship by default using a standard 3-5 business day delivery service for a cost of GBP5. An optional Express Delivery service is available for an additional charge at checkout. For the USA, Canada and countries in the European Union, shipping starts at GBP19 (approx US$25/ €22) for a standard 3-5 day economy delivery. For Australia, Africa, South America, the Middle East and Asia, shipping rates start at GBP20 (US$26) for a 7-10 business day economy service with either FEDEX, UPS or DHL. Alternative Express Delivery options are available at checkout.
I need my order quickly. How long will it take to arrive?
We usually ship in-stock items within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation so depending on your delivery destination and which shipping priority you chose (standard or optional express delivery), expect delivery within 1-10 business days after despatch. There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible and advise you of any unforseen delays. Garments marked 'pre-order' will ship as stated on the individual item's description page.
Will I be able to track my order online?
Yes. All orders are trackable. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email containing your order tracking number. If you don’t receive this within 24 hours of placing your order, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as reference.
Will I need to pay any Duties or Taxes on my order?

What happens if my order never arrives?
We ship all orders with insurance cover as standard. In the unlikely event that your order has been lost by the courier, just let our customer service team know and we’ll express ship you a replacement, free of charge.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order?
Of course! We’d like you to be happy with your purchases from us, so we’ve made our 14-day Returns / Exchange process really easy. First step is to check whether the item is eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been worn (other than to try on for sizing and fit), altered, damaged or soiled in any way - including the removal of the hygiene strip or garment labels - are unfortunately non-returnable. If the item is unused (other than to try on for sizing and fit), with its original packaging intact and in the same ‘as new’ condition that you received it, simply email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order noting your original order number, and we’ll allocate a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number to your purchase. To reduce the risk of late returns, we strongly recommend that you let us know in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods that you'd like to return your purchase. That way you'll have enough time to dispatch your return or exchange to us within the required 14-day returns period. Please do not return items to us without requesting a RMA number as these will not be accepted. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. See our full Returns Policy in the footer of this website.
How long does it take after I’ve returned my item before I can get my refund/ replacement?
Once the returned item has been received and checked, we’ll either ship a replacement (if an exchange was agreed) or offer you a refund (excluding original shipping costs and any 'restocking fee' due as a result of damage to the ENDER LEGARD presentation box, up to a value of GBP15) We process refund (excluding original postage costs) within 14 business days of receipt and will send an email once we have processed your return. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment. Please remember to use a registered, trackable (and preferably insured) service when returning items to us. ENDER LEGARD cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of items being returned.
Will I be refunded my shipping charges, sales taxes or customs duties for returned items?
If your order has been sent to a destination within the European Union, all sales taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the European Union, customs duties and sales taxes may be recoverable by contacting your local customs bureau directly. ENDER LEGARD is not able to refund the original shipping charges for returned goods or for the cost of returning items to us other than for items which were delivered damaged or deemed by us to be faulty.
